INGREDIENTS: – BRANDY 30ML

CREAM DE CACAO 15ML

FRESH CREAM 1 TS

METHOD: – SHAKEN

GLASS: – MARTINI

GARNISH: – CHOCOLATE SYRUP

Procedure:

add all the ingredients in shaker

shake well and serve in a chilled martini

glass garnish with chocolate syrup.

BETWEEN THE SEETS

INGREDIENTS:- BRANDY30ML

COINTREAU 15ML WHITE RUM 5ML

 LIME JUICE 5-10 ML SUGAR SYRUP 5ML

METHOD: – SHAKEN

GLASS: – MARTINI

GARNISH: – ORANGE PEEL

Procedure:

add all the ingredients in shaker

shake well serve in a chilled martini

glass garnish with orange peel.

SPANISH COFFEE

INGREDIENTS:- BRANDY30ML

KAHLUA 15ML WHITE RUM 10ML

HOT COFFEE 120ML

1 TS DEMMERARA SUGAR

FRESH CREAM 2 TS

METHOD: – BUILT UP

GLASS: – IRISH COFFEE

GARNISH: – COFFEE BEANS

Procedure:

take Irish coffee mug add all the

ingredients without ice and garnish

with coffee beans.

INGREDIENTS: – BRANDY 30ML

COINTREAU 15ML LIME JUICE 10ML

SUGAR SYRUP 10ML

METHOD: – SHAKEN

GLASS: – MARTINI

GARNISH: – ORANG SLICE

Procedure:

add all the ingredients in shaker

shake well serve in a chilled martini

glass garnish with orange slice.

CINEMON STICK 2 CLOVES 2-3

1 TS HONEY 120ML HOT WATER

METHOD:- BUILT UP

GLASS: – BRANDY BALOON

GARNISH: – CINEMON STIK

Procedure:

take brandy balloon glass add all

the ingredients garnish with

cinnamon stick.
