ABSITHE MARTINI
INREDIENTS:-Â 30ML GIN 15 ML ABSINTHS 10ML DRY VERMOUTH
METHOD:-Â STIR
GLASS:-Â MARTINI
GARNISH:-Â OLIV OR CHERRY
Procedure
Add all the ingredient in the cocktail
shaker and stir for 20 sec and strain
in a martini glass

GREEN FAIRY
INREDIENTS:-Â 30 ML ABSINTH
30 ML WATER 5 ML LEMON JUICES
 2 TSP EGG WHITE 1 DASH ANGUSTRA BITTER
  METHOD:- SHAKEN
   GLASS:-  MARTINI
  GARNISH:- LEMON SLICE
Procedure
Add all the ingredient in the cocktail
shaker and shake well for 20 sec
strain in a Saucer.
Garnish-lemon slice

INGREDIENTS:-Â Â 30 ML ABSINTH 30 ML GIN
METHOD:-Â BUILT UP
GLASS:-Â HIGH BALL
GARNISH:-Â LEMON SLICE
Procedure-
Add all the ingredient in the old fashion
glass with full if ice
Garnish with Lemon Slice

10 ML DRY VERMOUTH
METHOD:-Â STIR
GLASS:-Â MARTINI
GARNISH:-Â ORANGE PEEL
Procedure
Add all the ingredient in the cocktail
shaker and stir in a chilled in a martini
glass Garnish with orange peel
