ABSITHE MARTINI

INREDIENTS:- 30ML GIN 15 ML ABSINTHS 10ML DRY VERMOUTH

METHOD:- STIR

GLASS:- MARTINI

GARNISH:- OLIV OR CHERRY

Procedure

Add all the ingredient in the cocktail

shaker and stir for 20 sec and strain

in a martini glass

Garnish – cherry

GREEN FAIRY

INREDIENTS:- 30 ML ABSINTH

30 ML WATER 5 ML LEMON JUICES

 2 TSP EGG WHITE 1 DASH ANGUSTRA BITTER

   METHOD:- SHAKEN

   GLASS:-  MARTINI

   GARNISH:- LEMON SLICE

Procedure

Add all the ingredient in the cocktail

shaker and shake well for 20 sec

strain in a Saucer.

Garnish-lemon slice

INGREDIENTS:-  30 ML ABSINTH 30 ML GIN

METHOD:- BUILT UP

GLASS:- HIGH BALL

GARNISH:- LEMON SLICE

Procedure-

Add all the ingredient in the old fashion

glass with full if ice

Garnish with Lemon Slice

ABSINTHE MINDED MARTINI

INGREDIENTS:- 15 ML ABSINTH

30 ML GIN 15 ML COINTREAU

10 ML DRY VERMOUTH

METHOD:- STIR

GLASS:- MARTINI

GARNISH:- ORANGE PEEL

Procedure

Add all the ingredient in the cocktail

shaker and stir in a chilled in a martini

glass Garnish with orange peel
