VODKA BASED COCKTAILS 

BLACK RUSSIAN

   INGREDIENTS: VODKA 30ML, KAHLUA 30ML

   METHOD: STIRRED OR SHAKEN

   GLASS: OLD FASHIONED OR MARTINI

   GARNISH: COFFEE CHOCOLATE

 

Procedure:

Take old fashioned glass

add 4-5 cube of ice,30ml of vodka and

30ml kahlua Garnish it with coffee

beans or chocolate stick

   INGREDIENTS: VODKA 45 ML,

                        TRIPLE SEC 15ML

                        CRANBERRY JUICE 60ML,

                        LEMON JUICE 10 ML

   METHOD: SHAKEN

   GLASS: MARTINI     

   GARNISH: ORANGE PEEL

 

Procedure:

Add ice, vodka, cranberry, triple sec,

lime juice into the shaker Shake it

vigorously for 8-10 sec and stain into

martini glass Garnish it with orange peel

   METHOD: SHAKEN

Procedure

Take a shake add 7-9 cube of ice,30ml

of vodka and 30ml kahlua and 15 ml

fresh cream shaken and pour in a old

fashion glass Garnish it with coffee

                        PEACH SCHANPS 15ML

                        60 ML CRANBARREY

                        60 ML ORANGE JUICES

                        10 ML LEMON JUICE

   GARNISH: ORANGE SLICE

Procedure

Add Peach schnapps cranberry

and orange juice and lemon

juice and ice to the glass

Garnish it with cherry and orange slice

Procedure

Take   old fashioned glass, add brown sugar,

lemon wedges into the glass

muddle it add vodka crushed

ice and stir it Garnish it with a lemon slice.

                     TOMOTO JUICE 120ML, TABASCCO3/5

                     DROPS    W.C. SAUCE 3/5DROPS

   METHOD: BUILT UP

   GLASS: ROLLY POLLY WITH SOLT RIM

             OR   OLD FASHIONED

  GARNISH: CELERY STICK OR GREEN CHILLY

Procedure

Place the ice and all ingredients except

the celery stick in a mixing glass,

stir with a mixing spoon for

8-10 seconds. Stain into highball

glass using a cocktail strainer Wash the

piece of celery and place it in the glass
