ABSITHE MARTINI

   INREDIENTS:- 30ML GIN

                         15 ML ABSINTHS

                         10ML DRY VERMOUTH

   METHOD:- STIR

   GLASS:- MARTINI

   GARNISH:- OLIV OR CHERRY

Procedure-

Add all the ingredient in the cocktail

shaker and stir for 20 sec and strain

in a martini glass

Garnish - cherry

   INREDIENTS:- 3OML ABSINTH

                         30ML WATER

                         5 ML LEMON JUICES

                         2TSP EGG WHITE

                         1DASH ANGUSTRA BITTER

   METHOD:- SHAKEN

   GLASS:-  MARTINI

   GARNISH:- LEMON SLICE

 

Procedure-

Add all the ingredient in the cocktail

shaker and shake well for 20 sec

strain in a Saucer.

Garnish-lemon slice
