INGREDIENTS: 150ML SPARKLING WINE

20 ML PEACH LIQUEURS

METHOD: BUILT UP

GLASS: FLUTE OR TULIP

GARNISH: PEACH SLICE

Procedure:

Take champagne flute or tulips

add the above ingredients garnish

with peach slice.

INGREDIENTS: 100ML SPARKLING WINE

60 ML ORANGE JUICES

   METHOD: BUILT UP

   GLASS: FLUIT OR TULIP

   GARNISH: ORANGE SLICE

Procedure:

take champagne tulip add the above

ingredients garnish with orange slice.

INGREDIENTS: 150ML SPARKLING WINE

20ML CREM DE CASSIS

METHOD:- BUILT UP

GLASS:- FLUIT OR TULIP

GARNISH:- BLACK CURANT

Procedure:

take champagne tulip or flute

adds the ingredients garnish with

black current.

INGREDIENTS: 120ML SPARKLING WINE

20 ML ORANGE LIQUEURS

15 ML COGNAC

METHOD:- BUILT UP

GLASS:- FLUIT OR TULIP

GARNISH:- ORANGE WEEL

Procedure:

add all the ingredients in champagne

flute garnish with orange spiral.
